Aquablation (water jet)

Aquablation is a novel, heat free treatment that uses an image guided, robotically controlled water jet to remove excess prostate tissue. In clinical studies is it as effective as a TURP but, unlike TURP, most men preserve normal ejaculation (80-90% ejaculatory preservation).
